Returns

If you wish to return an item, please note that returns are not free of charge. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and must send all returned items using a tracked service.

Tracking details must be retained and provided where needed. Once the returned goods have been received and approved, your refund will be processed. If agreed, the return postage cost can be refunded once the item has safely arrived back with us.
