How to Initiate a Return
1. Email our customer service team at hello@simplibasic.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intent to return the item. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase/ order number, Full Name & email address.
3. Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow 10 working days to receive your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@simplibasic.co.uk and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
