REFUND POLICY

You can return your item within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

- Unused
- In their original condition and packaging.
- Returned with proof of purchase (order no/ name/ email address)

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and returns are not free. All returns must be sent using a tracked service.

To start a return, please contact hello@simplibasic.co.uk
 with your order number, full name, and email address. Our customer service team will then provide the returns address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 working days for inspection and up to 10 working days for the refund to appear.

Please note: We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
