Meet the Founder
I'm Kritika V K, the founder of SIMPLI BASIC, and I personally source the stones that become the heart of every piece we create. I design with one intention: timeless, wearable jewellery that feels just as meaningful years from now as it does the day you gift (or receive) it.
I'm drawn to materials that carry energy stones, motifs, and symbols that align with the idea of a talisman: something you keep close for grounding, protection, strength, or simply to feel good. Every collection is made to turn, ultimately, into something more than a moment, a piece that becomes a keepsake.
Why I Created SIMPLI BASIC
I created SIMPLI BASIC because I wanted to make gifting feel truly meaningful — from the packaging to the product and every stage in between. I wanted the entire experience to feel considered: the unwrapping, the message, the intention, the feeling. At the same time, I wanted to reconnect with my roots and my love of natural stones, and make natural-stone jewellery beautiful, wearable, and affordable.
Each piece is designed to create an emotional journey for both the gifter and the receiver: a sense of “I chose this for you — on purpose.”
Our Materials
We design using 100% natural stones, paired with durable, everyday metals from Stainless steel jewellery with 18k gold plating, Sterling silver (925) jewellery with 14k gold. Selected styles feature lab-grown cubic zirconia for added sparkle. Because natural stones are unique, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same — and that's the magic. Each stone is chosen for its character, colour, and energy — your piece feels personal.
